Do you find yourself overthinking, caught in
anxious thoughts, feeling overwhelmed or stuck,
you may know that something needs to change
but not know where to begin?
Perhaps you're constantly thinking about what
could go wrong, putting pressure on yourself,
second-guessing your decisions or simply
feeling disconnected from what you really want.
I offer a supportive space to pause, reset and
reconnect with yourself, so you can understand
what's keeping you stuck, identify what truly
matters to you and begin taking small,
meaningful steps forward.
My approach is integrative, drawing on psychology,
evidence-informed coaching approaches,
ACT-informed principles and EFT.
Together, we'll explore the thoughts, beliefs, emotions
and patterns that may be getting in the way, while
developing practical ways to manage overwhelm,
quiet the mental noise and respond to life's
challenges with greater flexibility and self-compassion.
My approach is warm, collaborative and practical.
I combine coaching with psychoeducation, helping
you to not only feel heard and supported,
but also develop a deeper understanding of yourself
and practical tools you can continue to use long
after our work together.
Sometimes the first step is simply creating enough space to breathe, listen to yourself and work out what matters.

As a Wellbeing Coach, I believe lasting change
begins with understanding yourself.
Our minds naturally create stories about who
we are, what we're capable of and what we
should or shouldn't do. We can't always choose
the thoughts that arise, but we can learn
to relate to them differently.
My role is to offer a space where you can slow
down, become curious about what's happening
beneath the surface and develop a more
compassionate and flexible relationship
with yourself.
Rather than trying to eliminate difficult thoughts
or emotions, we'll explore how you can respond
to them in ways that support the life you want to live.
Because confidence isn't about eliminating self-doubt.
It's about learning that you don't have to believe
every story your mind tells you.
