I'm Berni, the Mind and Wellbeing coach.
When I’m not helping others become the best version
of themselves, I’m usually working on myself too.
Learning is very much a lifelong hobby of mine, so there’s
a good chance you’ll find me with my head in a book,
happily diving into something new.
When I do manage to step away from studying,
I’m most at home in the countryside with my
black Labrador, Milo — who you may have already
met on my Instagram page.
He’s the best therapy, insists on regular walks, and is far
better at living in the present moment than most of us.
Please read on to learn more about my training and my approach to coaching and wellbeing.

With over ten years of training in psychology, counselling,
and mental health, I bring a broad and integrative
approach to my work. I draw on a range of tools
and techniques to help guide you towards
becoming unstuck and living a more
fulfilling, values-led life.
I am trained and certified in Life Coaching, Humanistic Counselling, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT),
and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
This allows me to tailor our work to your individual
needs, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
I hold accreditation and professional membership with recognised organisations, adhere to clear ethical guidelines, and am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure safe, effective, and up-to-date practice.
